How to check Cancellation Acknowledgement ?

• Once you have cancelled your LTC Flight tickets, cancellation acknowledgment document can be taken from the system itself.
• Flight Cancellation document can be downloaded after login, by clicking on Documents >> Cancellation Ackn.

• You can search your cancelled ticket and click on the CN txn id number to open the cancelled ticket.

• Click on download button to get your document in PDF format.

• Cancellation acknowledgment document PDF format will be as below.
